Executive Search

Sourcing

Sourcing is a talent acquisition discipline that we use to identify, assess and engage skilled worker candidates. We use proactive recruiting techniques to profile candidates against the job requirements and gauge their interest level in hearing about a new job opportunity.

This primary candidate sourcing activity determines the name, job title/function, contact information and possible candidate interest.
